Your Goals:
- Develop and maintain a growing national book of business through existing and new clients
- Ensure a smooth sales process from prospecting to closing
- Provide customers with timely, effective solutions tailored to their needs
- Grow your territory annually and achieve revenue targets
What You’ll Do:
Strategize & Sell:
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering & Project Managers to evaluate customer needs and create proposals
- Identify customer pain points and provide customized solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of customer organizations
- Engage proactively with sales leadership to drive opportunities forward
- Attend industry trade shows with clients as needed
Manage the Sales Cycle:
- Schedule and conduct qualifying calls with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Negotiate deals with all stakeholders, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
- Share best practices with the team to drive company-wide success
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Continuously expand your knowledge of complex systems to provide top-tier solutions
- Work closely with Project Management & Coordination teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain effective, regular communication with all accounts and prospects
What You Bring:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- 5 years of racking sales experience with $5M in revenue generation
- Strong ability to navigate long sales cycles and close complex deals
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software (a plus)
- Strong understanding of CAD, warehouse design, and flow
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
