Position Description:
The Events & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing educational events, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting brand awareness efforts for Alliance Medical. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute medical education events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and registration.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure event success.
- Assist with promotional materials and attendee communications.
Marketing Support:
- Develop and maintain digital and print marketing materials.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and website updates.
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional outreach.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Administrative & Team Collaboration:
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
- Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and marketing best practices.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CRM (Salesforce) tools is a bonus.

Expected Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 USD
