- Cultivate strong industry relationships through networking and collaboration with key partners.
- Leverage advanced platforms and technology to streamline client interactions and interdepartmental operations.
- Excel in communication, customer service, and multitasking to ensure successful event production.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring proactive communication throughout the event planning process.
- Develop and oversee production timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
- Manage floor plan and event space development, including fire marshal submission protocols.
- Coordinate with venues and key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and event production.
- Conduct strategic analysis of client needs, aligning with contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Oversee the creation, review, and deployment of event exhibitor portals.
- Supervise event design elements, including structures, graphics, and signage.
- Manage the creation and distribution of all internal and external production documents.
- Oversee budget planning, analyze event history, forecast expenditures, and develop strategies to meet financial goals.
- Schedule and lead internal production meetings to align teams on project objectives.
- Handle client invoicing and accounts receivable management.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings, site surveys, and onsite event production.
- Support sales initiatives through presentations and business development activities.
- Contribute to internal projects, departmental functions, and training programs to enhance team performance.
