Required Skills & Experience :
2 years managing IT Support and / or Help Desk
Proven experience with ticketing / support systems.
Experience troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software (Windows)
Able to provide references from past employers and / or projects
Proven problem solving, communication, technical, and analytical skills
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Speak fluent English

Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures.
3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows and MacOS.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to employees, both remotely and onsite
Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
Set up and maintain computers and mobile devices, using technology to automate deployment and updates with minimal downtime
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, address alerts and escalations, and work with users, other IT teams, and vendors to develop strategic solutions to recurring problems.
Set up and maintain employee accounts and access permissions.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex IT issues.
Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for the support team.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Manage security technologies such as multi-factor authentication, VPN, endpoint security, and SIEM solutions.
Provide Video Teleconferencing support; troubleshoot problems and issues with the service and perform corrective actions.
Train users to operate new systems and equipment successfully.
Remediate computer vulnerabilities via monthly / weekly patching.
Participate in 24 / 7 On-Call Rotation
