Account Executive

Job Duties:

• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Acquire and develop new business using market research and by facilitating and managing the sales process to gain knowledge of customers current network and needs.
• Plan and execute meetings with both potential and existing customers, on a regional and a national level. Continue communication and interaction on an on-going basis.
• Communicate sales activities to sales management, operations, and customer service leaders to facilitate the resolution of customer concerns.
• Facilitate solution creation through Alliance Shippers' pricing and operations groups to meet customer needs.
• Understand and be proficient in Alliance Shippers' and US Multimodal's entire portfolio of services. Create and present value-focused solutions to current and prospective customers from Alliance's and USMMG's core product offerings.
• Participate in corporate and industry events to develop impenetrable customer relationships.
• Prepare and maintain a personal sales plan, pipeline account listing, revenue attainment plan, and weekly activity and expense reports.
• Utilize CRM (LeadTrack) to capture and log all sales activity for accounts. Complete customer profile and network details for all pipeline accounts assigned to Account Executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
