2nd Shift Mold Process Technician
Location : Bartlett, IL
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM
Pay- $22-$26 / hr (DOE)
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Mold Process Technician to support our growing production team! If you have experience in plastic molding and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Operate and start up molding machines to keep production running smoothly
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to ensure high-quality output
- Set up molds and maintain equipment to meet safety and production standards
- Work closely with other shifts to resolve ongoing production challenges
- Report downtime and generate work orders in our IQMS system
- Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members when needed
