Job Summary We are seeking an AVP, Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition Team. Job Description As a critical member of the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition team, this role will have primary accountability for identifying and attracting top Financial Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play the role of researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador. You will engage with active and passive candidates, learn about their careers, aspirations, and interests, and connect them with opportunities at AllianceBernstein. Through collaborative and strategic working relationships with senior business leaders, you will provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently working to develop and execute a strategy to source a network of candidate pools to meet those critical business needs. Candidates must be able to: Develop an effective network of talent from competitors and industry leaders Demonstrate experience with pre-screening, qualifying, and sourcing external candidates Prioritize identifying a diverse slate of candidates Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization Have a foundational understanding of sourcing techniques, both traditional and emerging, inclusive of social media technology and a knowledge of typical barriers to entry that diverse populations face Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal business partners by building personal credibility and trust, to work effectively at various levels within the company Job Qualifications & Key Attributes The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth and volume industry. Additionally, the candidate should possess: Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting Wealth Advisors, in either a corporate or agency environment for the Private Wealth Management sector Track record of recruiting high-caliber talent, with periods of significant volume and high expectations of service quality and fast-paced delivery Experience with and a strong belief in the importance of integrating DEI into the recruiting processes Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday Recruiting is a plus Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent client service focus with an ability to develop effective partnerships inside and outside of the organization Ability to work successfully as a part of a growing team and with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach Heightened sense of urgency, responsiveness and an ability to juggle multiple priorities High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity and judgment How We Invest in You: AB’s purpose is to pursue insight that unlocks opportunity. In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
