As a Licensed Practical Nurse Direct Access, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an office setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing interviews to determine medical eligibility for screening colonoscopy/endoscopy, managing patient care throughout Capsule Endoscopy procedures, and ensuring personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting nursing interviews to determine medical eligibility for screening colonoscopy/endoscopy
- Managing patient care throughout Capsule Endoscopy procedures
- Place and remove equipment for Capsule Endoscopies
- Providing high-quality patient care in an office setting
Requirements:
- Current NYS LPN license
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
- Intermediate level of computer skills
- The ability to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our patients
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care to all age groups
