Key Responsibilities:
- Lead benefits administration and oversee the Benefits Analyst to ensure smooth employee enrollment and communication.
- Manage employee relations by handling escalations, investigations, ADA accommodations, and compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee off-boarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and policy adherence for departing employees.
- Support business continuity planning, including flexible work arrangements, return-to-office strategies, and crisis preparedness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5 years of HR management experience, with a focus on benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices to guide policy decisions and employee support.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
