- Monitor and manage SONET, DWDM, IP, and Ethernet networks, providing support for Transport, IP, Ethernet, and voice services.
- Serve as the first line of defense for network performance, handling core, distribution, and customer premise voice and data installations.
- Research and document mitigation strategies while staying current with deployed technologies and their impact on network operations.
- Perform system administration tasks such as network troubleshooting, patching, and using scripts to automate repeatable processes, while managing escalations from other teams.
- 1 years of PC/IT experience.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
