We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Community Maintenance Technician at Millwood Estates Apartments in Lynnwood, WA. The best candidate will be proficient in all areas of maintenance, time management and must work well with others! We offer:

• 
  $25 per hour
• Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:

• 
  Groundskeeping
• Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
• Turnovers of units
• Building and Common Area Maintenance
• Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls
• Working towards electrical technician license (O7B)
• Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements:

• 
  Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training in some or all the following areas, a plus: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, air conditioning, and appliance repair
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, invoices, specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
