Job Description
Allied Universal is hiring a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be dedicated to supporting the Technology Services business unit, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for technicians, project managers, engineers, and leadership positions. It is ideal this person is located near one of our hub offices, which includes Boston, MA, Farmingdale, NJ, Dallas, TX, or Grand Rapids, MI.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruitment Process and Candidate Selection :
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and other sourcing channels (including community-based organizations) to drive applicant flow and develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging innovative strategies and market analysis to optimize recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with senior and line management to ensure a deep understanding of job responsibilities and define successful candidate profiles; provide expert advice regarding recruiting strategy, salary ranges, and role requirements to optimize potential for hiring the most qualified and successful talent
- Manage requisitions by reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and determining which candidates possess the education, experience, knowledge and skills to advance in the selection and placement process
- Manage and facilitate video interviews to identify top talent; provide thoroughly screened candidate information to the hiring team
- Organize and schedule interviews for hiring team members; lead discussions on interview feedback and selection decisions, seeking input and adjusting criteria as needed
- Manage all aspects of candidate selection process to ensure quality, compliance, engagement, and inspire confidence in company brand and opportunity
- Work in collaboration with the members of the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture and report relevant and creative sourcing techniques to identify trends and assess progress
- Work with managers to evaluate employee retention and to adjust minimum employee qualifications to ensure higher employee success rates
