Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Reports to: Managing Partner

We are actively hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring our growth plans to life!
Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates for internal positions
• Heavy outbound cold & warm calls to candidates sharing The Bridger Group’s story
• Heavy passive outreach / comfortable making 80 calls per day
• Conducting phone screens and scheduling in-person and virtual interviews
• Utilizing internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking
• Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate / Agency Recruiting experience
• Cold calling and passive candidate outreach experience
• Strong phone presence, verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills
