CORPORATE RECRUITER
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
Job Duties:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates to fill open roles within the organization.
- Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, sourcing, and networking.
- Work with human resource managers and department managers on recruitment planning.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and applications.
- Perform pre-screen interviews to ensure candidates are qualified for the positions they are seeking.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment. --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. --Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
- Promote the company at college career fairs and job fairs.
Requirements:
- Experience with high-volume recruiting in a corporate setting.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, flexible and positive attitude.
- Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of hiring managers with a variety of communication styles.
- Must be willing to occasional travel out of town for career events.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
