Marketing Manager Job Description
1. CRM Management & Operations (Salesforce)
- Oversee the organization, entry, and management of client data within Salesforce
- Prepare and execute drip marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and client engagement
- Train team members on Salesforce tools and best practices for CRM utilization
- Analyze CRM data to track campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts
2. Annual Review System Management
- Schedule and coordinate annual reviews for clients
- Conduct reminder calls to ensure clients are prepared for their scheduled review meetings
- Oversee the logistics and tracking of review appointments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure reviews are meaningful, thorough, and aligned with client needs
- Address client concerns and feedback, using reviews as an opportunity to build stronger relationships and enhance customer retention
3. Customer Appreciation & Engagement Events
- Coordinate the Ambassador Program to reward loyal clients and advocates of the firm
- Organize and manage customer appreciation events (e.g., Iron Springs, and other special client-focused events)
- Identify new event opportunities to enhance client relationships and brand loyalty
- Oversee the execution of events, ensuring all details are handled from planning to postevent follow-up
4. Seminar Coordination
- Schedule and organize educational seminars, webinars, and client workshops
- Promote events through various marketing channels, ensuring strong attendance
- Report on seminar outcomes, including attendee feedback, engagement, and actionable takeaways
- Send confirmations and reminders to participants, ensuring a high rate of attendance
- Act as the primary contact point for seminar-related inquiries
5. Website Management
- Manage and update website content to reflect the firm’s services, offerings, and brand messaging
- Monitor and respond to website-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up by the appropriate teams
- Oversee the scheduling and posting of new content to engage visitors and capture new leads 6. TV Commercial Production & Management
- Lead the creative process for TV and YouTube commercials, including content creation, scripting, and editing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality video content
- Manage the distribution and promotion of TV commercials and video content across multiple platforms
- Monitor the performance of TV commercials and adjust strategy based on audience engagement metrics
Qualifications for Marketing Manager
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment
- Experience managing and utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Proven track record in event coordination and client relationship management
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing, including social media, website management, and email campaigns
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of drip marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Knowledge of financial services industry and its regulatory and compliance standards (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices to drive online presence and engagement
- Proficiency with design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for content creation (especially for commercials and promotional materials)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
