Role Description
The Account Manager / Landscape Designer will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Allison Landscaping by managing key accounts for both commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping account management, design, and sales. For this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts for both commercial and residential clients, , and ensuring landscape projects and services are performed to meet or exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for generating new commercial and residential sales, as well as the ongoing management of these customers. You will help generate commercial leads, submit competitive bids for commercial maintenance contracts, create landscape designs to present to customers, and collaborate with our experienced and hard-working team to ensure projects and services are performed on time and up to customer standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the account management of an existing book of clients, including scheduling of services, quality control, negotiating contracts and renewals, estimating costs, preparing proposals, and cultivating strong relationships with commercial clients by acting as the main point of contact.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice and expertise on plant selection, landscape layouts, and maintenance.
- Work closely with management in creating and implementing business development strategies for adding and retaining accounts under management.
- Oversee the execution of landscape projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping estimating and sales
- Experience in commercial account management
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects
- Ability and willingness to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of landscaping and landscape maintenance techniques
- Experience in commercial bid work is a plus
- Experience with CAD or other landscape design software is a plus
