Our Ideal Candidate
Allnorth is seeking organized, detail-oriented Field Coordinators to support day-to-day field execution and project controls for a major greenfield construction project. In this role, you’ll work closely with the site leadership team, procurement, and subcontractors to maintain visibility on progress and keep the project running smoothly. You will play a key part in tracking labor, materials, and equipment usage, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring documentation is complete and timely.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with project coordination experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong attention to detail, especially those with exposure to electrical, instrumentation, or multi-discipline field execution

- Shift: : 9 days on / 5 days off; 10-hour shifts per day
- Accommodations: LOA & Travel allowance
- Project Type: Construction of a greenfield canola crushing and processing plant
- Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
A Day in the Life
- Compile and submit daily LEMs (Labor, Equipment, Materials) based on timesheets and input from all trade disciplines.
- Manage procurement workflows by submitting and tracking purchase requisitions.
- Track, expedite, and coordinate delivery of long-lead materials and tools to site.
- Receive materials and submit packing slips to the home office for processing.
- Coordinate tool and material availability to support daily and weekly work plans.
- Support superintendents in monitoring subcontractor performance, compliance, and productivity.
- Track and report daily progress for electrical and instrumentation scopes, including labor, equipment, and material usage.
- Validate field progress against original work scopes and report discrepancies.
- Reconcile field LEM data with project controls and client reporting systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly labor and material summary reports for project management and client review.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Previous experience in a field coordination, project controls, or site administration role—preferably in an industrial construction environment.
- Strong working knowledge of field paperwork, including LEMs, timesheets, material tracking, and procurement systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project or construction management systems is an asset.
- Ability to work closely with site supervisors, trades, and project teams to gather and verify field data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule in a site-based construction environment
