Main Tasks:
- Support inspection process improvements on repeat work: Reduce inspection cycle times, starting with high volume products and identify opportunities to use standardized tooling across jobs to reduce machine setup time.
- Support day to day shop needs to manage throughput of inspection.
- Support new product introduction: Develop processes for new products that align with best practices learned on currently produced products, features, or approaches, including fixturing methodology. Support PO review process and align on approaches to ensure programming lead time supports required production start date. Collaborate with production team to ensure program meets customer requirements when manufactured.
- Identify opportunities to use standardized tooling across jobs to reduce machine setup time.
- Provide update to management on program progress to ensure timing does not impact production or customer requirements.
- Collaborate with programming peer group and management to develop standardized tool packages and align on best practices.
- Develop methods using multiple fixtures for small to midsize parts to allow for longer runs to facilitate lights out inspection.
- Compliance to ISO and all training requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- CMM Programming experience.
- High school or equivalent education.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
