Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Woodbury, Long Island

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience working in long-term care and nursing home settings
• BSN preferred
• Nurse managers or former RN directors encouraged to apply
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate care provided to residents in long-term care and nursing home facilities using a proprietary tool created for the project. All nurses will be trained by the project lead
• Monitor facility practices to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Project lead
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management for enhancing care and facility practices
