- Our client, a Plastics Foam Manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team within the division of Building Products.
- In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will manage multiple Sales Representatives in different assigned territories.
- Manage team of Sales Representatives in multiple state territory
- Assist in the development of sales team
- Prospect new customers
- Forecast and track key account metrics including sales forecasts, results and annual forecast projections
- Monitor competition market trends related to pricing products
- Work in conjunction with other departments to solve customer issues
- 5 years of proven experience in a Sales/Management position (building products industry or related industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Related Field
- Must be based in the state of Georgia for full consideration for this position
- Must be open to 50% travel to multiple state territory to manage and develop sales team
- Base salary to 90k/year
- 20% Bonus
