In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the U.S. market. The primary focus for the Territory Sales Representative will be on higher education, airports, and government / institutional buildings, driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong industry relationships, and a passion for sustainability
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market penetration within key verticals.
Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and decision-makers in the higher education, aviation, and government sectors.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company’s products effectively.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product knowledge sessions tailored to client needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
Provide market analysis, sales forecasts, and progress reports to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Qualifications :
7 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or sustainable solutions industries.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure and manage long-term partnerships.
Experience with curtain walls, glazing, window walls, or exterior cladding is highly preferred.
Established industry network with the ability to bring active products to market by year-end is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation :
Base salary in the 120k - 160k / year range plus commission (higher range for candidates with strong industry networks and existing product placements).
