**Position:** Senior PeopleSoft Developer (Cybersecurity)
**Location:** Hybrid, 5 Manhattan West, New York, NY
**Targeted Start Date:** TBD
**Duration:** 10 months

**Job Duties:**
- Provide technical oversight and assess application and system development projects to ensure cybersecurity, technical integrity, and compliance with design requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews and prepare formal evaluations for all key deliverables and work products related to application design, coding, and configuration. This includes reviewing application architecture, technical specifications, application coding, unit testing, and integration testing, with a focus on preventing malicious attacks.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to create the project development plan, distribute work packages to team members, manage and review work products, create design documents for new customizations, and coordinate with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and performing vulnerability testing.
- Experience in installing and managing advanced security software to identify vulnerabilities within an organization s digital systems and establish protocols to protect companies, consumers, and information from malicious actors.
- Experience in implementing and testing new security features, planning computer and network upgrades, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude in troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating information security systems; implementing continuous network monitoring; and providing real-time security solutions.
- Comfortable working with a variety of operating systems, computer systems, mobile devices, cloud networks, and wireless networks, while staying current on advances in the field.
- Highly vigilant and detail-oriented to effectively detect vulnerabilities and risks.
- Committed to keeping up with best practices and emerging industry trends, with a focus on continuous learning both on and off the job.
- Possess the skills of a hacker to understand potential system breaches, enabling the development of effective solutions to prevent such attacks.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Technical/Business Discipline is required.
