Your Role And Responsibilities
Enhancing Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement impactful process improvements across finance, marketing, and sales operations.
- Revamp our financial model to gain deeper insights into key operational and business metrics.
- Streamline internal workflows by integrating new tools, processes, or automation solutions.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate business and operational success.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
- Revise board materials to encourage more effective decision-making.
- Assist in developing our inaugural employee handbook to define company policies and culture.

- 3 years of experience in an operational or project management role.
- Ability to think critically and strategically while managing intricate details.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an MBA program.
- Experience in a startup, technology, or high-growth setting.
- Financial modeling expertise.
