Job Description:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selling Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the staffing industry and a strong ability to manage a team, build lasting client relationships, and drive business development. As the Selling Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters while growing and maintaining a strong client base.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Management and Leadership:
  • Lead and supervise the recruiting staff to meet branch goals and performance expectations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to recruiting team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and staffing solutions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, address concerns, and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
  • Set individual and team goals, track performance, and drive accountability to ensure branch success.
  • Business Development:
  • Actively engage in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and branch growth objectives.
  • Generate new leads, prospect for potential clients, and pursue opportunities within the staffing market in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and staffing solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing needs, resolve any issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment & Operations Oversight:
  • Ensure the recruiting team is sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries and job functions.
  • Oversee the candidate placement process, ensuring compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local labor market to identify talent shortages and recruitment challenges.
  • Financial and Operational Performance:
  • Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving revenue goals.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics, including staffing placement rates, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve branch performance, increase profitability, and meet business objectives.

  • Qualifications:



    • 8 years of experience in the staffing industry, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
    • Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
    • Proven ability to drive sales growth, increase market share, and develop strategic business plans.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay labor market and the staffing industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and staffing software tools.
