Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise the recruiting staff to meet branch goals and performance expectations.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to recruiting team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, address concerns, and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
- Set individual and team goals, track performance, and drive accountability to ensure branch success.
- Business Development:
- Actively engage in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and branch growth objectives.

- Analyze branch performance metrics, including staffing placement rates, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve branch performance, increase profitability, and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in the staffing industry, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, increase market share, and develop strategic business plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
