Position Overview :
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to find the right candidates for various roles. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and provide timely communication to candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and tracking system for each recruitment process.
- Assist with interview coordination, including preparing interview questions and interview materials.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing interview feedback.
- Assist in managing candidate experience, ensuring positive communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Support with various recruitment-related projects and employer branding initiatives.
What We Offer :
Base Range : $36,000 to $40,000 annually (not including commission!)
