Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Junior Recruiter. Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations, to include job definition, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate selection, candidate management/tracking, interview logistics, candidate selection, and job offer
- Support onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration, and other clerical responsibilities as needed
- Manage a high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress
- Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for a high volume of candidates and employees
- Develop understanding of position classification as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties
- Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Notify candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations
- Document and escalate issues within the recruiting lifecycle to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics
- Review job eligibility utilizing applicable directives and regulation
- Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings
- Interview personnel to obtain data needed to verify and/or correct data from previously completed files and residual records
- Submit requests for records of applicants, schedule interviews, and schedule processing dates to enter the facilities
- Support the coordination and execution of in person and virtual events as needed
- Providing administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or one of the following substitutions: Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience; 6 years of relevant work experience
- 1-year of professional work experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, workflow management or other relevant field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
