Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and a fresh strategy to our recruiting needs, it will also assist the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of internal recruiting processes in the trucking industry. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal recruiting efforts to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
• Generate leads through various channels, including social media platforms and networking events.
• Perform comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through databases, job boards, and social media.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor talent acquisition strategies for retention purposes.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Conduct recruitment efforts to enhance employer branding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for the trucking industry, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and effective interviewing techniques.
• Experience with HR sourcing tools, including social media management and non-conventional methods for recruitment purposes.
• Strong domain of Indeed is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Bilingual spanish/english prefered
