What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front office Customer Service Representative position at Allstate Glass?
CSR is the link between installation, sales and customers. The CSR develops quotes for auto glass and residential work, develops and updates schedules, assists walk-in and call-in customers, and works to answer any questions customers might have pertaining to services provided by Allstate Glass.
This position requires a reliable, self-starting, motivated, personable, outgoing person that has the ability to talk to and meet with customers.
Must be able to multi-task and be extremely detailed oriented.
