Allstate Insurance - Jayden Parker Agency is one of the fastest growing agencies in the country and were looking for an in-office Customer Service Representative who wants to grow with us. We’re looking for team members who want to look forward to where they will be next year, and the year after that, instead of just looking forward to quitting time.
As a Retention Specialist you will work with current customers. You will reach out to them about upcoming renewals and work to save policies. You will exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
You will need a Personal Lines – Property and Casualty License, but we can help you get licensed if you aren’t already.
Here is the ideal candidate. Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who ‘never meets a stranger,’ has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others.
This is an in-office position. Our hours are 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday.
