Our agency just celebrated 29 years and we want to continue to grow by adding more to our staff. We develop and train our staff from the ground up. If you do not already have an insurance license, we will help you obtain one.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily development with one-on-one and team training programs.
· Follow value-based sales process to quote and sell insurance.
· Manage lead follow-up with our simplified leads program.
· Be willing to make 100 outbound cold calls daily.
· Be able to provide a list of 50 leads on day one of your own people to quote .
· Work established network of people who can provide you referrals to quote.
SKILLS
· Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.
· Sales experience a must.
- Must be detail oriented.
· Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.
· Must be able to network to create connections in the community.
- Resilience to repeated outbound telemarketing calls.
· Must be good with technology/programs: Email, Text, Excel, Quoting Software, Follow Up Tools and Social Media.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
