Founded in 2013, AllTran is an ever-growing asset-based freight brokerage. We specialize in flatbed and oversize freight including super loads, state and federal projects, and large specialty projects. With offices located in Vancouver, WA as well as Conroe, TX area we operate primarily in the lower 48 states and Canada.

We are seeking an experienced General Manger to lead the company through our next phase of growth. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company including key aspects such as customer growth, team development, training, financial oversight, strategic planning and maintaining our company’s integrity. This candidate will be working directly with the company President meet company goals while creating a working environment everyone wants to thrive in.

Due to our multiple locations and diverse areas of operation, travel is required regularly, and the candidate will be required to be available by phone 24/7 as needed to ensure an efficient operation of the company. This candidate’s success and continued employment will be strongly hinged on their ability to meet growth goals.

Experience Required:

- Most recent employment must be for a freight brokerage. This market changes to fast to expect anyone to be a top performer who has had a time away from the industry. Anyone not meeting this requirement will not be a contender for the position.

- 5 years’ experience managing freight brokerage of which 1 year should be with asset-based fright brokerage.

- Proficient with computers and advanced technology

- Flatbed and oversize experience a plus

- MUST be highly motivated and respectful

- Willing and able to perform duties of all positions within the company. We believe even the coach needs to be able to perform in a pinch.

- Proven track record

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the business, including managing staff, following a budget, hiring for growth, procedure development, training programs, future planning and much more.

- Offer direction and support to the staff through contagious leadership.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

- Work with Sales and the President to implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide training as needed.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and make informed business decisions.

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective strategies accordingly.
