Pool Repair Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools/equipment, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Conduct water testing and balance chemicals to maintain safe swimming conditions.
• Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate any necessary follow-up actions to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.

Experience

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
