Seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support patient care programs. This is an onsite role running from January to June 2025. The ideal candidate has experience, 2 years in clerical/data entry roles, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent required. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Manage computer systems and ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot VPN and firewall issues to ensure secure connectivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving IT-related queries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT support efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and documentation.
