Duties
- Provide first-level support for help desk inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with computer hardware issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Document all interactions in the help desk system to maintain accurate records of user support requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Experience
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Understanding of computer hardware components and their functionalities.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.88 - $17.93 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
