Job Title : Director of People Services

Location : McMinnville, OR

Position : Permanent

Salary : Up to $145,000 Benefits (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and evaluate people service initiatives organization-wide.
• Lead operations related to recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including The Joint Commission and OSHA.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management impacting organizational and fiscal resources.
• Manage departmental resources effectively and improve team performance.
• Develop policies, programs, and training to enhance management and staff development.
• Analyze and monitor budgets, compensation, and benefits data.
