Position: Tower Lighting Support Specialist
Location: Remote (must be based near Canonsburg, available for on-site meetings/training)
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 8 AM to 6 PM or 9 AM to 7 PM EST (confirm availability)
Job Summary:
Monitor and track tower lighting issues, ensuring FAA/FCC compliance. Provide 24/7 support, manage notifications, escalate issues, and interact with field personnel, vendors, and emergency responders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms for FAA/FCC compliance.
- File and track FAA Notices to Airmen (NOTAM).
- Manage NOC trouble tickets and communications.
- Assist with lighting system troubleshooting.
- Dispatch network faults and escalate emergencies.
- Interface with field teams and external services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service or NOC dispatch experience.
- Strong phone and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of wireless communications is a plus.
