Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Chandler, Arizona 85226
Pay range: $40 - $44.82 per hour on W2 only
This is a Contract position on W2 only, no C2C or H1b

Job Description:
• The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure that products meet quality standards and function as designed. This role involves designing and installing sophisticated testing equipment, conducting product testing and analysis, and minimizing defects and failure rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procedures for process control, improvement, and quality assurance.
• Design and install advanced testing equipment to ensure product functionality and reliability.
• Perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and reduce defects.
• Analyze reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives to address quality issues and ensure the implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Contribute to supplier quality improvement programs and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, testing procedures, and inspection methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional mastery of a specialized field, with the ability to apply judgment based on practice and prior experience.
• This is an individual contributor role requiring a comprehensive understanding of industry processes, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate should have the ability to make informed decisions based on best practices and previous experience.
Salary : $40 - $45
