Job Summary :
The Project Manager will oversee engineering initiatives within a large industrial food processing facility. Responsibilities include managing capital projects, improving process flow, and ensuring timely execution of engineering needs. The role involves collaboration with leadership to optimize production capabilities and drive efficiency through Lean Six Sigma principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex engineering projects from design to completion.
- Oversee CAPEX funds and assist in project planning and execution.
- Improve process efficiency by coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
- Develop business cases for CAPEX requests, including ROI and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.
- Supervise facility maintenance and manage change requests for equipment modifications.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, EHS, and Operations to enhance production.
- Serve as onsite manager during non-operational days as needed.
