What You'll Do
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs, improve interview processes, and ensure a structured hiring framework.Drive continuous process improvements in recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a seamless candidate experience.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and early-career hiring.Optimize sourcing channels, job boards, and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.Identify, engage, and nurture a diverse pipeline of passive and active candidates.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging recruitment practices to maintain a competitive hiring edge.Hiring Process & Candidate Experience
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.Enhance candidate experience through streamlined processes, timely communication, and a strong employer brand.Collaborate with business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning.Oversee employee referral programs and drive internal mobility initiatives.Leadership & Team Development
Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.Provide coaching, training, and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.Conduct goal-setting and performance evaluations for direct reports.Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring).Provide data-driven insights and hiring recommendations to leadership.Ensure ATS optimization to support data accuracy and process efficiency.About You
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including team leadership.Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or a similar industry preferredYou take a data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics from different systems, tools and processes to refine and optimize your search, outreach, and closing strategyProven ability to excel in a high paced environment with high bias for actionProven expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and employment branding for various role levels.Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools.Ability to analyze hiring data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience driving continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $115,000-$125,000 per year.
