Landscaping Team Lead

Alpha Lawn and Landscaping is GROWING!

We are looking to add another landscaping team. To do this we need an experienced lead who understand the various landscaping processes and best practices to ensure we exceed our customers expectations.

LANDSCAPING

Our landscaping teams typically work 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays or if it rains we may have to work Fridays. Our crews typically work in groups of 4-6.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience
• Previous irrigation experience
• Previous experience with skid steers & stand on mini skid steers
• Previous experience driving a truck and trailer
• Ability to manage a team of 4-6 landscaping techs
• Provide feedback to your team
• Ensure crews are following best practices in terms of installations, safety, and quality
• Some days are pretty easy, and others require significant amounts of manual labor, you must be able to perform this work in a safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Load trucks and trailers at our shop with equipment and materials for delivery to customer sites.
• Install a variety of landscaping materials including, edging, patio pavers, weed barrier, plants, trees, misc. rock, top soil, sod. etc..
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
