Duties
- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues related to VPN connectivity, mobile devices, and network administration.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, addressing any software-related inquiries or problems.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage help desk requests, documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions for recurring issues or system enhancements.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and best practices in support analysis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems is essential.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and VPN technologies.
- Experience with mobile device management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Previous help desk or technical support experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users at all levels.
