Desktop Support Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring that all systems and applications run smoothly. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, network administration, and troubleshooting techniques. The Support Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our IT infrastructure while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Provide technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues related to VPN connectivity, mobile devices, and network administration.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, addressing any software-related inquiries or problems.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage help desk requests, documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions for recurring issues or system enhancements.
• Hands on experience for Windows or iOS Corporate Devices

Must Have:
3 years of hands-on experience, managing below technologies·
Microsoft Desktop Family Operating System (Win 7/10)·
Beginner knowledge on Active Directory, Group Policy· Active Directory & GPO·
Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections·

Good to Have:
Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills·
Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills·
Client interaction and escalation management

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
