Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance to users who experience issues with our products or services. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical problems, help resolve user issues, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist with installation and setup of products or services.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Offer general guidance to users on best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
- Stay updated on product changes and technical developments.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
