JOB DESCRIPTION :
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role in Data conversion area.
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems engineering, and / or IT infrastructure.
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary Card conversion projects and leading cross-functional teams to successful completion.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with the ability to adapt to different team needs.
- Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability
- Driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
- Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected
- Good exposure with Data conversion processes in Credit Cards Domain"
