Alpha VS is seeking a driven, experienced, and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. This role is key to the continued expansion of Alpha VS as we push boundaries in security. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a track record of scaling teams, optimizing sales strategies, and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Team: Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets. Foster a performance-driven culture and lead training and development initiatives.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious revenue goals, focusing on identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and optimizing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with broader company objectives, including product development, marketing, and customer success efforts.
- Establish and Manage Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales forecasting models, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management. Adjust targets based on market conditions and company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Analyze Sales Performance Metrics: Utilize data-driven insights to track and improve team performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
- Expand into New Markets: Identify and explore new market opportunities, leading efforts to enter and expand into new regions, sectors, or customer segments.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies as necessary.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Should have 10 years proven experience in sales leadership. Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years managing high-performing sales teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience building and managing a sales team is required.
- Hands-on experience driving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and sales metrics to drive decision-making, optimize performance, and improve sales strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing scalable sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales automation tools
- A history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

Salary: Competitive base salary of $150,000 with 100% bonus opportunity, providing OTE of up to double the base salary.
