We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our expanding team as soon as possible. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. This role is perfect for individuals who possess strong communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Job: On site 

Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.50 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management.
• Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
