Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as required
Qualifications
