AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk to provide clerical support.
Responsibilities:
- Email invoices to customers.
- Verify and enter transactions, payments and deposits.
- Communicate with customers through mail, email, or phone.
- Collect mail daily; open, sort and distribute accordingly.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- File and scan employee paperwork and benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) office support experience
- Knowledge of basic Accounting and HR processes preferred
