Accounting Clerk Part time

AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk to provide clerical support.

Responsibilities :

• Email invoices to customers.
• Verify and enter transactions, payments and deposits.
• Communicate with customers through mail, email, or phone.
• Collect mail daily; open, sort and distribute accordingly.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• File and scan employee paperwork and benefits.

Requirements :

• Minimum of one (1) office support experience
• Knowledge of basic Accounting and HR processes preferred
