As a Signs Sales Executive, you will:
● Bring and grow a book of business ($500K annual sales minimum)
● Have the ability to build your own team or bring an assistant to support your efforts
● Negotiate your compensation package with us based on your experience and value
● Be expected to start meeting sales targets by Month 2
What We Expect from You
● Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in the Signs industry
● Strong Account Management skills with a track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships
● Expert knowledge of the Signs business, including materials, production, and project management
● Professionalism in all customer communications (email, phone, in-person)
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ability to break projects into steps)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
Tools & Technology
● Must use company-provided phone, laptop, email, and office tools
● Familiarity with CRM and Order Management Systems – willingness to use PrintSmith and PrintSpeak is required
