The HR representative plays a vital role in implementing HR policies and contributing to a productive workplace culture.
Duties
- Support the coordination of recruitment strategies and activities of the organization.
- Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
- Assist in addressing personnel issues by conducting preliminary investigations, evaluating potential liabilities, and providing support to managers during disciplinary procedures. Offer coaching to help reduce personnel challenges.
- Assists in organizational compliance with all human resource related laws.
- Assist with management training and/or obtain outside sources.
- Participates in the compensation program; participates in annual salary survey, monitors market data and provides recommendations to management when appropriate.
- Assists in benefits administration, including claims resolution and communicating benefits information to employees.
- Assist in the administration of the workers’ compensations program as needed.
- Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal program, as needed
- Promotes effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinic’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
- Attains all agreed goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Clinic’s overall mission.
- Responsibly follows the Clinic Exposure Control Plans/Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, management, business, social work, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
